Get in my belly! Marty and I have been fighting over the last bite of these oatmeal peanut butter squares. They are delicious! And dare I say-so easy!

The only item I changed was the honey-I used half honey and half brown sugar to get to that 1/2 cup. When I’ve used all honey before in desserts, it’s been too sweet for my liking. I also used homemade peanut butter so mine was probably more crunchy than creamy.
The local ingredients included: peanuts and honey
Marty said they’re better in the fridge, but I left them on the counter and had no complaints. We need another batch of these guys asap!
